REFUND POLICY

At the time of booking, there will be a $100 deposit which goes toward your balance. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit can be transferred ONCE to another available date.  The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 week before your scheduled event. No exceptions!!!

For any cancellations, you must notify Oh Snap 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. If you cancel a booking that was paid in full BEFORE the 72 hour deadline, you will receive a refund minus the $100 deposit. If you cancel a booking AFTER the 72 hour deadline, you will forfeiture 50% of the balance in full. Therefore, you will only receive 50% of your balance back.
